 Left the Delftse Hout site at about 1030 to drive to the Hook, arriving at about 1115.  Went by a different route this time but about the same time to The Hook, I think the motorway route via Rotterdam was a bit better with fewer turns. Boarded at 1230 and arrived in Harwich where we had a wait before arriving home at 10 PM. Rained for the last few minutes!! Sizewell in the distance!! Felixstowe Ready to leave the ferry ...

 Sunny today, went to market day in town. Lunch out in one of the squares. A lovely sunny day.

 Went to Deft IKEA for some bargains. Had lunch of meatballs! Only a few bargains were bought ...

 Rained all day. Went quickly into town to food shop by bus, but it was nice just to chill for a while.

 To see the flowers. Went by train and bus. There had been a big train crash between The Hague and Leiden, so we went by bus which took longer. On the return our bus broke down, but some locals brought us ice creams in a bucket! On the way home the bus broke down!! Broken down bus!!

 Today we took the number one tram all the way to the beach. Quite sunny although a chilly wind. We had lunch by the sea in one of the many restaurants there. Walked the pier. 

 Took a walk after a quick bus journey from the campsite. 

 …. And went for a walk around a nearby lake. Sun has come out!

 Quick clearance and shopping at Albert Hein for food.  We went on to the small van site near the terminal for a couple of hours (and a coffee). Then drove for about 30 minutes to the site. We have a Comfort pitch with all facilities ... Then on to the Delft Houtse site where we are for the next few days ...
