Back to Birmingham

 Stopover overnight at Birmingham.  M5 quite a mess with roadworks.  Took the toll road M6 and stopped at Norton Caine service station. Took on some more fuel. 

Took the wrong turning around Birmingham so got to the site by tea time, in the hail!

 We got recovered to the Mercedes garage in Ipswich. Arriving by 3am. Then slept. Checked in at 6 am after a short short sleep in the van. Then a taxi home and to bed by 8 am. Maybe we’ll be up tomorrow!!! Flat bed recovery
